Forest City National Golf Club is a 18 hole championship golf course is nestled on 275 picturesque acres hugging the southeast shore of Fanshawe Lake. Registration Deadline is Friday July 16, 2010! Mail entry forms to P.O. Box 24140, London, ON N6H 5C4. Confirmation into the tournament will be done based on entries received by Friday July 16, 2010 deadline.
